The map of the Orlando area shows you the location of our villa and its ideal proximity to many of the local attractions. Our villa is reached from the airports via the Interstate 4 and Highway 27 or via the Interstate 4, Highway 192 and Highway 27.

Precise travel directions to our villa are provided to guests.

The closest local shops and restaurants can be found south of the villa along the Highway 27, at Berry Town Centre. This is a small but excellent shopping centre, only 3 minutes away by car. You will find 6 different types of food establishments and a Publix supermarket there. Look out for the Applebees family diner. This is an excellent value family diner, selling good food and 2 for the price of 1 drink all day. At the right side of Berry Town Centre you will find the Washington Mutual Bank, a Japanese Restaurant, a pub, Quiznos Subs, Leslies Pool Shop, UPS (for Fax, mail, photography), an Indian restaurant/takeaway and the Kokopellis Bistro. At the left end you will find the large Publix supermarket and pharmacy, a second pool shop, a pub offering fish and chips and Karaoke, a beauty parlour, the Bamboo Wok Chinese takeaway (good value again), a liquor store and Mia Piazza. There are also 2 other banks, Regions and SunTrust.

Wal-Mart and Lowes (DIY store) are north of the villa on the Highway 27 past the junction with the Highway 192. Once past the 192 look out for KFC, Taco Bell and Burger King. Once inside Wal-Mart you will find a branch of the SunTrust bank, a one hour photo, a pharmacy, a small cafe and the main store in which you will find water, ice, beer, all types of food, a bakery, sun creams, toys, cheap phones, books, games, clothes, electrical items, Disney products etc. Lowes has everything to make the DIY enthusiast happy for an hour or two!

Our management company is located in an easterly direction off Highway 27 along the Highway 192.

Opposite our management company office is a Tourist Information Centre, a Denny's Restaurant, a larger Publix supermarket, the Shanghai Chinese restaurant, Papa Johns Pizza, a liquor store and the Pinch a Penny Pool Shop. There are many more places to eat further east along the Highway 192 including T J Fridays, Houlihans and the Ponderosa Steakhouse.

Our villa is close to all the action but far enough away so that you can relax when you want or need to! What could be better?
