To the east of Olrando about 45 miunutes away are the Atlantic beaches including Cocoa Beach near to the Kennedy Space Centre and Cape Canaveral. Daytona Beach is further north along the East coast. Daytona is famous for NASCAR racing and also for the annual motorbike festival that occurs in March attracting up to 500,000 bikes that their owner proudly ride up and down the coast road.
