Dear Mike
& Marita. We have had a fantastic 2 weeks in your lovely
villa. It's a credit to both of you. We have stayed in a number
of villas in the past and this one is by far the best ever!
You have put so much thought into it. It was so well equipped
and clean. The coloured pool lights are just one of the many
extra touches that make it special. The pool was great, it
did take a while to heat up as the weather had been unusually
very cold for this time of year. "Breaking records for
all time lows," so the weather forecasters have been
saying. Even us tough Geordies who are used to the cold north
east conditions had to go and buy some hats, scarves and gloves.
This has
not stopped us going out and about. The lads played plenty
of golf, Champions Gate, Legends, Orange Blossom, Highlands
Reserve and Polo Park whilst us ladies shopped and chilled.
However we have not been to Disney this year and have really
missed it, but opted for Sea World, Bush Gardens and Aquatica
and enjoyed them all. We picked the hottest day to do Aquatica.
We will be doing Disney next time.
We cannot
wait to get back to this lovely home. Best wishes and thank

Dear Mike and Marita, thank you so much for letting us stay
at your beautiful villa; it was so clean and homely. We loved
that you had carpets on the floor instead of tiles as our 1
year old is still crawling which made it nice and soft for him
to roam about.
The bedrooms were all lovely especially the big bedroom and
gigantic bathroom. We are all going home to buy a big bed the
same as the back bedroom and an American fridge/freezer. (Loved
the ice machine)
Your pool was brill and once we got it heated we were out swimming
in the evenings after the parks. We did all the Disney and Universal
parks so we didn't get to spend as much time as we would have
liked around the pool. We are definitely coming back real soon
but this time it will be for 3 weeks (hopefully).
Your Games Room is great too, especially the basketball and
air hockey.
Anyway we must go as we have 10 mins until we leave. Thank you
again for all your phone calls before and during our holiday.

Dear Mike & Marita, many thanks for letting us stay in
your gorgeous villa. I want to move in permanently (please!!!)
The girls loved the pool and spa especially when the lights
came on.
It was a fantastic holiday and we will treasure every moment.
We tried to go to the Cheesecake Factory but alas it was too
packed therefore we went to the Olive Garden, very nice!!!
Charlotte and Lucy enjoyed the Games Room and we were amazed
by the size of the TV!!

Dear Mike & Marita. We really enjoyed our holiday here
in Florida, your villa is gorgeous. We would definitely recommend
to others. However we also recommend you have more information
on the whereabouts of local hospitals as my daughter took
not well and we were not sure how the system works here compared
to UK. Other than that the rest of the information was really
helpful.
We really liked the photo's of your family, it made the villa
seem more like a home than a hotel. We loved that personal
touch. Pool was great, kept us cool through this "very"
hot weather. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home
it was lovely.

is by far the best we have stayed in.
Lowman the lizard was a cute addition to the house and always
had us on the look out for him when we were in the pool.
The Games Room was a fantastic touch and made our holiday
experience even better, as did the furnishings, pool lights
and massive TV!
We took on your recommendations and loved TGI Fridays (much
better than in the UK) and the Irish Bar. Shopping was also
a must for us and thought Target was amazing.

"Had a fantastic time at Tuscanpines. The villa is great
and is like home from home.
Made great use of the pool and the weather has been very hot
and sunny. Two storms with heavy rain. (Never will we complain
about English rain again)
Magic Kingdom is a must, make sure you see the evening parade
and fireworks. The best spot is in the front of the castle
as you will see Tinkerbell fly!
If you visit Seaworld do not miss the Shamu show. You will
get wet near the front and half way up!
On Mike's recommendation we went to Hollywood Studios and
the Lights, Cameras, Motor, Action Show was well worth the
trip.
Also on Mike's recommendation we visited Applebee's, more
than once, ask for Frank!
All in all we had a great time and hope to be back one day.
PS Look out for the lizard with a shorter tail, has been beaten
up and lives on the net!

Everything we have been told about the villa and the location
is entirely true - "awesome" as we have often heard
said. Applebee's food and service is excellent and the local
Publix supermarket has most things you need. Up on the 192
there is a huge selection of restaurants, the golden Corral
and Ponderosa both offer as much as you can eat meals with
a large selection. The Ponderosa is cheaper but not as large
a range of choices. Careful though, banana pudding and ice
cream can be too great a temptation to complete your breakfast.
The villa and pool have given us the opportunity to relax
from the 90 degree temperatures and the visits to the Disney
parks. The impression we got on first entering was very much
a "wow" so light and airy, we love the rooms and
the way everything was laid out.
We've been to Applebee's and the Golden Corral several times
and each time the service and selection of food has been excellent,
highly recommended. Worth getting your keepsakes from Wal-Mart
as they are generally cheaper. All the gift shops carry the
same range as each other? If you want a water spray/fan to
keep cool, again Wal-Mart's about $6, in Disney parks you
pay $15, course they do have Disney on them!
Last day before we return to the UK, time to plan next years
holiday, we will be back here in the future as without doubt
this is one of the best located and nicest places in which
we have stayed."

Tuscan Hills is brill. I really liked it here. The garage
is really cool. The TV is awesome, it's really big. This place
is cool. I wish this was my real home and the bedrooms are

A huge
thank you Mike and Marita for letting us stay in your stunning
villa. We all felt "at home" the second we stepped
in. The children claimed their rooms right away and the adults
had to flip a coin for the master!
Superb
location for all the parks we visited which was handy - even
though we relied on our sat nav for our daily destinations!
Found
the wildlife very entertaining and got some great close ups.
Awesome birds too above the trees on the back. Keep your cameras
to hand everybody. They are way bigger than the birds you
get in the UK!
Recommend
a trip to Clearwater, only took 90 mins approx. The sand is
pure white, great day! I could go on all day with what we
got up to. You can only have an amazing holiday in Florida
assisted by Mike and Marita's unbelievable villa.

What a
fantastic place you have here! The villa is beautiful and
extremely well equipped. I've never watched such a huge TV.
The pool was great. Glad we opted for pool heat at this time
of year though. The Games Room was great. We left you a junior
sized cue for future guests. Location is really great, far
enough from the parks for peace but close enough at the same
time.
We enjoyed Mardi-Gras at Universal. Lauren managed to collect
lots of necklaces, all worn at the same time. We also watched
Orlando Magic and Tampa Bay Lightning, both amazing sporting
experiences. We also went to the Silver Spurs Rodeo, an extremely
different experience all thoroughly recommended and considering
the crowds no hold ups getting out. They know how to manage
crowds over here.
Once again
thanks for your hospitality. We'll certainly be recommending
your home to our friends and family.

First
of all I'd like to thank you very much for letting me and
my family stay in this outstanding villa for 3 whole weeks.
We have one day left and I'm very sad to be leaving. When
we came to the villa it was spotless and well equipped. The
PS3 and the Games Room has been well used by all of my family.
The pool
was used almost daily in the morning. When a problem occurred
with anything it was quickly and swiftly sorted out by you
or the management company.
We managed
to go to most of the theme parks and malls which we thoroughly
enjoyed. Also we dined out on a few occasions and we all enjoyed
Applebee's, Denny's and Ponderosa and recommend them all.
Again
I am very sad to leave this wonderful villa. I hope one day
I will be able to come back. Everything about the villa is
outstanding and can't thank you enough for letting us stay
here.
