We have
had a fantastic 3 week stay in your lovely villa! When we
arrived we couldn't believe we were going to be staying in
such great villa! The pool, TV and Games Room are especially
impressive! Our first week didn't have the best weather so
we took advantage of the theme parks like Universal Studios,
Seaworld and Island of Adventure and then as it started to
warm up we stayed mostly around the pool. We go home tomorrow
and as always we don't want to go home to freezing England!

We are
so pleased that we researched our villa and were lucky enough
to find yours. After searching the internet, finding yours
then losing it again, luck was on our side as we had saved
it as a favourite and a favourite it shall stay!
No stone
has been left unturned in the preparation of this beautiful
villa. There is everything here a family can need away from
home! There has been no expense spared.
We had
a fantastic few weeks here. The pool has been amazing and
kept the children occupied whilst we've had some adult time.
So much so that whenever we were at the parks the children
constantly asked to go back to the villa. Next time we'll
book the villa without the parks. We just hope you still have
it in a few years.

Return
stay was just as nice. Our family stayed in this fabulous
villa in 2009 & 2010. It's located in a safe neighbourhood
and has all the amenities and space that you need. We had
great communication with the owners. The backyard and pool
backs onto trees. Friends who stayed nearby in a nearby condo
couldn't believe what we had for about the same price they
paid.

First
class experience. A really excellent villa, well equipped
with everything that you would want to have. The owners were
extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding
area. They do their best to ensure that guests are so well
looked after, and it works. The management in Florida were
also very good. Any problems were sorted out quickly and without
any fuss. The Villa is in an excellent gated community very
close to Disney and all the other parks. Plenty of eateries
close by as well. I would heartily recommend Mike & Marita's
Villa. You will not be disappointed!

What a lovely villa and what a fantastic time we have had! Your villa is a total home from home, so comfortable with all you need. What bliss a comfy bed! I loved the villa and the pool was great. I went in it practically every day it was so warm especially with the heating on you made it even better. I’ve had an amazing holiday. Lucy aged 9.

Dear Mike and Marita, we would like to thank you so much for letting us stay at your villa again. Our family is very in love with the villa, it’s so nice and relaxing. The villa has everything a holiday home needs and much, much more. The information you send us has made life so easy in the villa and with making plans for our vacation.
We enjoy being in the pool and the Games Room, playing CD’s and DVD’s etc. So much here to keep the family entertained. The villa is also very clean and well kept and this is one very important factor for me when travelling with young children.

Our first impression driving into the Tuscan Hills community was very warming and then when we stepped into your villa. “WOW” “WOW” “WOW” First impressions were amazing. I don’t think I will ever stop in a hotel again – LOL! You have thought of everything for all ages. It’s very spacious and very welcoming. Thank you both for letting us stay. The kids and the big kids – meaning the men loved your Games Room and I especially loved the pool. Me and my husband slept in the burgundy room – it was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Whilst we had our holiday in a beautiful villa, my husband and I also were celebrating our honeymoon and our daughter’s 4th birthday. So we would like to personally thank you both for making our time memorable. Thank you for organising the flowers, fruit basket and bottles of bubbly for my mum and dad. you have an amazing villa, thank you so much for letting us stay here. The website pictures do not do it justice. As soon as we walked through the door it was an absolute “OMG” and “WOW” such a beautiful welcoming home. The fabulous TV was a hit with our boys Sam 10 and Jack 5 and they absolutely loved the pool and Jacuzzi. Jack currently has swimming lessons back home, but having the pool has given him so much more confidence in the water, they never wanted to come out. It’s just a shame we didn’t use it a lot more often but we have had such a busy 16 days. The weather has been perfect, well almost. The Christmas decorations that are up in Disney look amazing. It has been so nice to see but very strange it being hot and sunny and putting sun cream and summer clothes on when there are Christmas decorations everywhere. We had the blue bedroom on the front and the boys shared a twin bedroom. They loved having the TV on in their own room. All the bedrooms look fab, love the décor. Having stayed in such a super villa has made us all want to buy one!! This has been a fabulous holiday with very special memories. I have even conquered some of my fears eg swimming with a dolphin – amazing and going on some rides. We had some great meals the best one being tonight (Friday) our last night at Houlihans; thoroughly enjoyed the food, definitely worth a visit. Thanks again, love Zoe, Kevin, Sam & Jack Alderton.

We were 2 families with total of 11 people (2 babies), 12 nights, and in short I can describe it as: a "perfect holiday.” One of the main reason was Marita and Mike's villa. As my daughter wrote in the guest book - "I would prefer to stay in the villa, playing in the games room and in the swimming pool.”
There are lots of advantages -
The facility itself: very well maintained, give you the feeling of new, like you are the 1st one to visit. Equipped with all of your needs and all you can think of. One story and big enough to contain 10 grown ups. It is very cosy and comfortable.
The support of Mike and Marita: Assisting you as much as you need even though they are abroad - Directions, ideas, tips etc.
The location: Located very close to Disney parks, which allows you to take a break at home during the intensive day. Close to all restaurants and supermarkets you need and more.
Suggestion - during winter time staying, ask for the pool heating, cause even in the coldest days in Florida (which are cold), the pool and Jacuzzi are very useful.
Excellent place to stay in.
