When you enter Tuscan Hills you notice a garden island in the middle of the road, the centre piece of which is an ornate fountain. The Tuscan Hills Clubhouse lies behind this island and architecturally is of a Mediterranean style, with white walls and a red barrel tiled roof. Beyond the clubhouse are to be found both vehicular entrances and the footpath which are accessible via the gated security code.

On entering the clubhouse you immediately feel the warmth and luxury of the décor and its furnishings. There is a reception desk which is always staffed during office hours. A large, well stocked information stand gives you access to "what's going on" and when.

The clubhouse also offers you complimentary use of all of its facilities. There is a gymnasium where you will find a mini multi-gym station, an anaerobic running machine and 2 exercise bicycles any of which you can use whilst watching the television! There is a computer room where you will find free internet access for those guests with a laptop. The games room comes equipped with a pool table, air hockey table and foosball table. There are both ladies and men's toilets, a kitchenette and a beautifully furnished lounge area with television. Not bad for free!

But that's not all. Outside there is a full sized sand volleyball court and a full sized, hard surface, tennis court for the energetic amongst you. There is a younger children's colourful playground where they can release some of that pent up energy, whilst mum and dad watch on from the comfort of the palm gardens.
